camps do fill up quickly. To be fair to all applicants, all registrations are processed in the order they are received.
Sorry, we cannot process phone calls, faxes, or emails. We will confirm your registration or place on the waiting list by email. Please watch your junk mail box if necessary!
$260 (HST included) non-refundable after July 24,
2020. Please send a separate cheque with each
application in case a camper must be put on the
waiting list. Payment options include cheque, e-transfer, or installments. We charge an extra $10/registration for credit card payments, contact the camp if you would prefer to pay by credit card.

At Graphite Camp no child is denied a camping
experience due to lack of funds. If you or anyone you know requires assistance, there is a sponsorship request section on our online form. (or see sponsorship request form below)

While at camp your child is under the care of the director and senior staff. We therefore request that you understand and adhere to the Board of Directors policies pertaining to camp.
Graphite Bible Camp is a drug-free environment. No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs on the grounds. All medication must be in the original container. Marijuana for medical use only must be accompanied with a physicians prescription and may not be smoked on premises. No exceptions!
We expect you to obey all camp rules and to
participate in all activities.
No offensive media
No cell phones, music playing devices, computers, tablets, or gaming devices. Graphite Camp desires to develop a healthy camper community. Personal devices take away from a camper fully immersing in our community and therefore the above mentioned
devices are not permitted.
If you would like to contact your camper during the week we encourage you to call or email the camp with their name in the subject line.
Electronics will be collected at the start of the week or should be left at home.
In order to ensure a fun time for all campers, we request that campers’ behaviour, speech (no profanity), and dress is respectful and not offensive/suggestive. Short, tight, and revealing clothing is
considered inappropriate. Loose t-shirts and modest shorts are a must. Undergarments must be worn and they must not be seen at any time (male and female).
No haircutting or colouring while at camp.
Campers are to respect others and staff members. Any kind of abuse (physical or verbal) is not acceptable. (eg. put-downs or bullying are unacceptable.)
Music, drama, Bible lessons, and quiz.
Volleyball, baseball, soccer, floor hockey.
Mud-pit, camp-wide, and evening games.
Theme supper & awards night, evening campfires & singing, and other exciting activities!
The week’s activities are designed as a team effort; therefore campers are required to participate in all scheduled activities.
Tubing, swimming, canoeing, and kayaking.
Basketball, spikeball, box hockey, chess,
connect 4, and more!
Would your camper like a camp shirt? Why not pay for your shirt with your registration for guaranteed stock! Register before March 31, 2020 and we will order their shirt and have it ready when they come to camp!
If camper cancels after March 31, 2020 this cost can not be reimbursed. If they register after March 31, 2020 we cannot guarantee availability, please contact camp directly.
